How do I log in to my customer account?
Since April 2026, we have had a new online shop. If you have created a customer account there, login works via a verification code that you receive by email. This means no password entry is required.
Is it possible to place an order as a guest?
Yes, you can also place an order as a guest.
How can I delete my customer account?
Please contact our customer support at support@digel.com for this purpose.
Ordering process
Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
A subsequent change is unfortunately not possible. For a cancellation, please contact our customer support at support@digel.com – depending on the processing status, we may then be able to cancel the order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, as soon as we receive your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive one,
please contact our customer support at support@digel.com
Is there a minimum order value?
No, that does not exist.

What payment methods are available?
We offer the following payment methods: Klarna invoice purchase, PayPal, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay
How do I receive my invoice?
You will receive the invoice for your order by email as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

How can I track my package?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including the tracking information.
Is shipping to a parcel locker possible?
Yes, you can specify a parcel locker as the delivery address.
Return
How long is the return period?
You have 30 days from receipt of the order to return the goods to us in their original condition. Please ensure that the items are unworn, undamaged, and still have all tags attached. Ceremony items can only be accepted for return if they still have the original, undamaged security seal attached.
How can I return items?
Through our returns portal, you can easily register your return and create a return label.
What does the return shipping cost?
Costs vary depending on the sender's country.
Germany: €3.95
Austria, Italy, and France: €5.95
When can I expect a credit?
As soon as your return arrives with us, we will process it as quickly as possible – usually within 2-3 days. Once the processing is complete, the refund will be initiated. The subsequent duration then depends on your chosen payment method.
Please note that timely processing of the return can only be guaranteed by using the original box.
Is an exchange or replacement delivery of the goods possible?
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. If you need an item in a different size or color, we kindly ask you to place a new order for this.

How can I redeem a voucher?
You can redeem the voucher on the right side during checkout.
Can I purchase a voucher?
Currently, it is unfortunately not possible to purchase vouchers for our online shop. However, we are already working on a solution.

What size do I need?
Our sizing system is divided into three size categories.
Regular sizes:
This size category is based on standardized size charts.
Short sizes:
These are also called short sizes. They are characterized by shorter trouser legs and sleeves, as well as a wider waistband compared to the regular size.
Slim sizes:
The slim or long sizes are specially designed for tall and slim men. They feature longer trouser legs and sleeves. Additionally, the waistband is cut slightly narrower than the regular size.
